Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Waiter/All-Rounder with expertise in preparing broasted chicken and pizza. The ideal candidate will not only excel in customer service but will also contribute to the culinary aspects of our establishment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in broasted chicken and pizza preparation. we need a energetic person.

Own visa people will have priority and with experience on pizza & braosted chicken.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take and accurately relay customer orders.
Provide recommendations on broasted chicken and pizza selections.

Food Preparation: Prepare broasted chicken according to established recipes and standards.
Hand-toss and assemble pizzas with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure the quality and freshness of all food items.

Kitchen Assistance: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Support kitchen operations during peak hours.

Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Educate customers about broasted chicken and pizza offerings.
Handle customer inquiries regarding food allergens or dietary restrictions.

Upselling and Promotion: Promote specials, discounts, and additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Suggest pairings and combinations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure accuracy before serving.
Address any discrepancies or issues with orders promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a waiter/all-rounder in a restaurant setting.
Prior experience in broasted chicken and pizza preparation is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Adaptability: Willingness to cross-train and assist in various roles within the establishment.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to support colleagues during peak hours.
