We are seeking a talented, reliable, and passionate All-Around Beauty Salon Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in a wide range of beauty services. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hair, nail, skincare, and makeup services, ensuring that each client receives the best care and leaves feeling rejuvenated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty services, including but not limited to:
• Hair : Cutting, coloring, styling, and treating hair.
• Nails : Manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
• Skin : Facials, waxing, threading, and other skincare treatments.
• Makeup : Application of makeup for everyday looks and special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional beauty advice.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable salon environment.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and client preferences.
• Upsell beauty products and services to clients where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a beauty salon technician or similar role in a salon or spa environment.
• Certification or license in cosmetology or esthetics (as required by local regulations).
• Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments (hair, nails, skin, makeup).
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, evenings).
