About the Opportunity: Luxury Salon & Spa, a leading destination for luxury wellness in Kuwait, seeks versatile and talented Beauty Professionals to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will wear multiple hats, offering a variety of services including nail artistry, hairstyling, and beauty treatments. You will play a vital role in creating a memorable and pampering experience for our guests, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: Nail Technician: o Perform a variety of advanced nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, and intricate nail art designs. o Maintain a clean and organized nail station, ensuring proper sanitation and sterilization of equipment. o Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends and techniques. o Provide a range of hairstyling services, including haircuts, blowouts, coloring, and hairstyling for special occasions. o Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable services. o Maintain a clean and organized hairstyling station. o Stay up-to-date on the latest hairdressing trends and techniques. o Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, body scrubs, waxing, and massages (depending on qualifications). o Customize treatments to meet the specific needs of each client. o Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring proper sanitation and sterilization of equipment. o Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty therapy trends and techniques. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a salon or spa environment, with proficiency in nail care, hairstyling, and/or beauty treatments (experience in all three areas a plus). Strong technical skills in all areas of responsibility (nail artistry, hairstyling, and beauty treatments). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
