Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Operations Manager to support our regional channel partner operations. This role will be responsible for executing and implementing channel business strategies, managing channel partner data analysis, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the international business landscape and a proven track record in channel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Channel Business Strategy Execution and Implementation:
Provide comprehensive support to regional channel business leaders, from strategy formulation to execution.
Ensure that local channel strategies align with the company's overall business objectives and are effectively implemented.
Channel partner inventory and resource planning.
Operations and Reporting:
Manage the end-to-end channel operations process, including pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
Analyze channel performance data and provide insights to senior management to inform and faciliate strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all channel-related activities.
Internal and External Sales Enablement
Conduct PDM internal sales training.
Create and distribute sales tools, collateral, and other resources to support partners in their sales efforts.
Position Requirement
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a similar role in the cloud or technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships in international markets.
Experience working with a diverse range of partners, including system integrators, resellers, and managed service providers.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other channel management tools.
Fluent in English.
