Job Description

Responsibilities:
Work on developing the 3D designs for Alguthmi books and hangers
Develop 3D designs for showroom re-decoration on a quarterly basis
Assist the showroom interior designers with fabric knowledge and mood board
Create physical and digital mood boards
Write 1 article monthly to be added to the Blog (trend, fabric focus, style focus, design focus, etc)
Able to produce fresh marketing ideas from a designer’s perspective and contributing in campaigns.
Aid social media team with expert and know-how content to engage with followers
Knowing all the guidelines to all the catalogue printing specs
Contribute designs to AI. ID projects and add every 3D project on it
Help develop and engage on going ideas for designer club
Work on collab program as and when its added (mix & Match with collab personality)
Skills:
Consistently brining great, fresh ideas to the team that are appropriate, captures the look and attitude and articulates why they feel it meets the needs.
Having a well-developed eye for scale and balance, designing elements that ‘fit’ the space and maximizing on usage of our fabrics while maintaining a balanced look for maximum impact.
Highly skilled in ‘Lighting’ as a design element, knows how to use lighting and shadows for drama and impact. Regularly follows lighting magazines to watch for new trends and applications and fixtures.
highly skilled at 3D max and other design software to bring Alguthmi products to life.
Highly skilled at putting a trend together through mix and match campaigns to drive sales.
Regularly follows trends in local and international home décor, hotels, and Interior Design so that own work and ideas are of an ‘International’ calibre yet in tune with local market demands.
