Responsibilities

The ALCM Manager is responsible for the leading the development, implementation and execution of Weatherford's global production, repair and maintenance of service assets and tooling strategy for the Country. Leading the execution of production output at our core, and satellite location model to enhance performance by ensuring resources on both personnel and infrastructure are in place, while reducing cost, deliver superior service delivery, and improve margins. Responsible to manage the planning, coordination, and direction of all maintenance operations, equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and overall general management of the locations within the Country.

Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations. Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises. Ensures that inspection of work areas or operating equipment are conducted to ensure conformance to established standards in areas such as cleanliness or maintenance. QUALITY Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement. Responsible for ensuring all Service Delivery Quality management systems including service records pertaining to R&M applications are utilized and accurate and up to date (WAM, IMARKS, JDE, etc.) and all quality management processes are utilized (WPTS, NCRs, OFIs, CRs) OPERATIONS Manages the LEAN resources teams to ensure that LEAN concepts are incorporated into the design and build of the R&M locations which will subsequently drive continuous improvement within R&M operations. Works closely with manufacturing and fulfillment team ensuring project objectives and goals are clearly documented, communicated, and understood. Engages with Quality function representatives to ensure that quality control processes and procedures are either transferred along with the R&M policies and procedures, or new QC processes are developed to maintain expected standards. Adjusts resources, schedules, and targets on the project as scope or goals for the project change, including actively identifying, managing, and reducing project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies areas for improvement, efficiency, and implementation of best practices. Develop and monitor KPI's, benchmarking metrics and continuous process improvement initiatives. COMMUNICATION Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external. Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports. Work across functional streams to ensure the harmonization of process yields lower cost and more capital efficient standard work within the delivery system. Collaborate with Geozone Asset Lifecycle organization to develop product definitions and be able to respond to client needs and market opportunities. Aligns strategic roadmap with key stakeholders across the company. FINANCIAL Accountable for staying aligned with budgeted set up and running cost of facilities within responsibility. Ensure all executed R&M cost are billed out with in set billing threshold to the respective PL. Responsible to provide PL with R&M monthly forecast and variance bridging to actual where needed. Responsible to develop annual budget plan where applicable to drive improvements, efficiency, personnel training, and development. Provides cost analysis that fosters negotiations to help the company better manage cost on supplies and supplier services. Accountable for meeting the financial goals and expense control. PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives, and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential. Supervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunities. Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personal & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforce. Responsible for leading the development of the R&M employee population to be able to multi-skill their skills and knowledge that supports the revised strategy for a fulfilment system. VISION & LEADERSHIP Demonstrates leadership, ethical behaviour, and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times. Capable to validate identified process problems and concerns and make recommendations for innovative solutions and corrective actions. Creates an environment of accountability where each employee is held to the same standard of accountability for their actions regardless of their span of control or scope of responsibility. Qualifications

REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant oilfield or business discipline 10 years' relevant industry experience Prior leadership experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment PREFERRED 10 years R&M experience; 5 years in management role MBA or master's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent APICS CPIM / CIRM, CSCP, Lean / Six Sigma, and/or PMP certifications
