Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Album Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, customized photo albums and ensuring each product meets our premium standards. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for preserving cherished memories through beautifully crafted albums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Album Design: Work with clients and photographers to design custom photo album layouts that align with their preferences and styles.
• Photo Selection & Editing: Organize, edit, and retouch selected images to ensure consistency and quality.
• Printing & Assembly: Operate printing equipment and assemble albums with precision, ensuring the highest craftsmanship standards.
• Material Management: Select appropriate materials (papers, covers, bindings) to create durable and visually appealing albums.
• Quality Control: Inspect all albums for defects or imperfections before delivery.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate personal touches into the album design.
• Innovation: Stay updated with current trends in album production and recommend creative ideas to enhance the product offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in album making, graphic design, or a similar creative field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and familiarity with printing technology.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in both design and production.
• Creativity: Aesthetic sense and ability to create visually appealing layouts and designs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in photography or graphic design.
