Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cosmetic products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information.
• Manage and update customer accounts and sales records in our CRM system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and other sales-related activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic products and skincare routines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in e-commerce sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
