Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes.
Provide information and guidance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport facilities.
Ensure compliance with airport security procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with airline personnel, ground crew, and security staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Monitor and manage passenger flow to ensure a safe and orderly airport environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by airport management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Willingness to undergo security clearance and training as required by airport authorities.
