Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes.
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes.
- Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and security personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
