Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor boarding gates and assist with boarding processes to ensure timely departures.
- Coordinate with airline staff and ground crew to facilitate aircraft turnaround procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of airport facilities and public areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
