Key account management
Preparation of information relevant to clearance
Creation of employee information
Support and support of audits as well as support for trade visitors and customers
Examination of service delivery documents

Service Officer in aviation or completed commercial training and several years of airport experience
Ideally, knowledge of aircraft handling operations
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Very good handling of standard Microsoft Office applications
High level of independence and commitment
Strong customer and service orientation
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
