Responsibilities:

Greet passengers upon arrival and departure, providing assistance and information as needed.
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding.
Provide guidance and directions to passengers regarding airport facilities, services, and amenities.
Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Monitor flight schedules and assist passengers with flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
Coordinate with airline staff, ground handlers, and other airport personnel to resolve issues and ensure passenger satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of passenger areas, including waiting lounges, check-in counters, and boarding gates.
Assist with crowd control and queue management during peak travel times.
Uphold security and safety protocols, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate authorities.
Perform other duties as assigned by airport management or company supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in an airport or travel-related setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and security regulations is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
