We are offering 10-15 graduates a 1-year Training programme sponsored by Nafis & Etihad Airways to provide them with real time on-the-job experience in airport operations at Zayed International Airport, as well as gaining valuable insights into global airport operations.Who are we looking for?

• UAE Nationals with a Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline who have graduated within the last two years
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with Etihad Guests
• Willing to work on shift pattern (12 hours).
• Willing to travel outside UAE for international assignments

The training programme is scheduled to begin in August, so you would need to be immediately available.Key elements of these roles will include:

• Supporting and delivering passenger handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to all arrival/ departure checklists, brand requirements, company policy/procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring of operational and administrative functions outsourced to third parties ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with Etihad and regulatory safety and security requirements.

• Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure facilities, infrastructure and resources support safe and secure operations; and services are provided according to agreed service levels. Escalating identified shortfalls.

• Ensuring all flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including but not limited to assessment, planning and coordination of VIP/MAAS, PRM & special category guests.

• Effectively liaising with Guest Control, Network Control & SOC to coordinate operational disruption recovery and reduce impact to guest service and operational integrity.

• Supporting delivery, maintenance and rehearsal of station emergency response plan, disruption planning, diversion/delay handling and business continuity plans.

• Liaising with crew, where required, for operational matters and updates.

• Contributing proactively to on-time performance on a shift basis.

• Promoting and monitoring airport ancillary sales.
