Indeed, due to the nature of your job, you will work for the group\'s concessions/concession offers as well as for external clients on consulting projects related to Master Planning, Modelling, Optimisation of Infrastructures and Planning of sustainable & resilient Infrastructures for Medium and Large airports in the Middle East, India mainly but also Europe, Africa & Asia-Pacific.Job description
Deliver a global portfolio of airport planning activities.
Contribute and/or manage bids to develop the airport consultancy sector in Egis, especially in airport planning.
Project management and delivery of technical airport master planning expertise on projects in the Middle East and abroad.
Contribute to other airport consultancy related activities such as Operational Readiness And Transfer (ORAT), airport strategy, airport certification.
Manage and coordinate experts\' teams (including sub-contractors).
Guidance and support to the Junior Master Planners.
Make sure that Airport master planning bids and projects are delivered in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, and the BL Performance processes and Corporate Rules.
Ensure customer satisfaction regarding Airport master planning and other consultancy studies.
Seek opportunities to generate new business.
ProfileA strong knowledge of master planning and airport consultancy, able to:
Manage comprehensive airport bids and projects, involving airside, terminal and landside components.
Negotiate with customers, partners and independent experts, understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, contribute to team works and successfully deliver.
Own and deliver financial performance, monitor performance and contribute to airport consultancy knowledge management.
Show excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external clients.
Team leader spirit.
Chartered Engineer status.
Proven track report on medium to large size Airport projects.
English fluent, Arabic is a plus.
GCC experience is a plus.
