Our client is recognized as one of the most dynamic travel agencies today, and excellence in customer satisfaction, efficiency and imagination, for both inbound and outbound travel services. :Airline Ticketing Agent- Issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers.
- Handle customers inquiries and solve their complaints.
- Manage airline reservations.
- Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Reservation & booking by using Amadeus airline system.
- Follow-up with customers.Job Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree
- At least 2 years of previous experience in issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to the customers.
- Previous Sales experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Accuracy and punctuality.
- Handle customers inquiries and solve their complaints.
- Manage airline reservations.
- Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
