We offer dynamic and diverse career opportunities at our Canadian and international bases.We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with our Maintenance, and Avionics teams to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting PAL Airlines and Air Borealis maintenance operations in Canada.PAL Group is offering successful candidates the opportunity to gain permanent residence (PR) in Canada under the NL Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) or Atlantic Immigration Program.Our Operations:
PAL Airlines Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Eastern Canadas largest regional carrier.
Air Borealis Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Labrador and Quebec Lower North Shore.
Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The work done by our Flight Line team includes layover checks up to A-checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.Our Bases are located in the following areas:
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada
Goose Bay, Newfoundland, Canada (Air Borealis)
Qualifications & Skills:
Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent.
Preferred: M1/M2, or E license or equivalent rating.
Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset.
Experience on the following aircraft is preferred:
Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400.
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Troubleshooting skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
