This job is for Logistics assistant so understanding and knowledge of different locations is a key besides safe driving practice, good attitude and professionalism is a must.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and develop Air & Sea Freight product
• Liaise with vendors/partners, customers, sales and other parties to fulfill an enquiry
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders in the process
• Assistance in co-functional activities.
• Enhance service experience in BOXMAN by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer's varying needs, demands & complaints.

Knowledge & Skills

• Work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication & customer interfacing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Time-management, organization & administrative skills
• Highly organized and process driven
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong team player.
• Female on father/husband sponsorship preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Freight forwarding or Courier or Logistics: 2 years (Required)
