Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Air Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions for their air freight forwarding needs. This role involves both inside and outside sales, requiring a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the air freight forwarding market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Logistics Solutions:
• Collaborate with the operations team to design customized air freight solutions for clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to provide clients with compliant and efficient services.
• Reporting & Collaboration:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of air freight operations, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Driving Liscence is mandatory
• 5 years of work experience in shipping domain in the same field
