Pay Rate: Max 1200 Euro per day

We are a consulting firm working on a project with a large oil and gas company in Oman. They are looking to migrate from Autocad to AVEVA and would like an AI/ML automated workflow to aid this process.

We are open to the option of:

a) Selection and implementation of the right tool chain to achieve above task

b) Design and implementation of the right tool if no suitable solution exists in the market

We'd like an expert to advise on the best design/selection of the right tool and the costing of the solution.

Project Objectives

• To convert existing legacy PEFS/UEFS/P&ID/SLD drawings in electronic AutoCAD .dwg ,PDF and other formats into datacentric intelligent P&ID solution AVEVA Diagrams (2D, 3D, Diagrams, SPI).
• Goal is to use AI/ML based solution to expedite the conversion of UEFS/PEFS to an intelligent PID solution.
• Conversion should be automatic with the minimum 97% accuracy for each drawing including visible graphics match, fonts match, tags metadata and drawing metadata extraction. Each tag-related symbol on the drawing should have its master class-driven symbol linked to AVEVA Diagrams references specified Diagrams database with the minimum mandatory properties and references.
• Defect Detection (Data Recognition, Extraction, Quality Assurance & Quality Check Module)

Requirements:

• Experience in AI/ML based conversion of AutoCad, pdf, dwg (red line) drawings and file into Aveva diagrams. Experience across all three is essential
• Background in consulting or in-house at a large energy company
• Candidates can be located anywhere in the world
• Open to part-time or full-time

Additional Info:

Candidates need: knowledge on AVEVA, knowledge on AutoCad, knowledge on AI/ML migration solutions

Ideal candidate will be able to recommend existing market solution and help with cost and implementation for successful migration from autocad to AVEVA. If no market solution exists then someone who can build one is of interest.
