Bank ABC seeks to recruit an AI Product Owner to join the Group Innovation Department.
The AI Product Owner will be responsible for defining the vision and managing the roadmap of AI-powered solutions across Bank ABC's services. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation.
Scope of the Job
Creating value from business-driven data and analytics initiatives. The most important task is to support the business and other stakeholders in their AI and data-driven objectives. This means they will support the business during various stages: In the inspiration phase, they help the business in identifying the right use cases and support prioritization based on feasibility and value. In the ideation phase, they help with the prototyping and development of a minimum viable product (MVP) and associated business case (estimated cost and benefits of the MVP when moved to production). They also help identify and explore new data sources and analytical methods. During the implementation phase, they make sure the service or product is adopted (by the employees), embedded in the workflow (process) and measured for impact (revisit business case and continue value tracking), and shared with the rest of the organization where applicable.Raise the level of data literacy in the organization. To become AI and data-driven, the organization needs employees who can "speak AI." Activities include: Raising the business literacy of the AI and Data teams. Education and coaching of the business to become more "data-savvy". Facilitating AI-centric business thinking. Ensuring that AI and data solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards. Improving data quality and securing trust in AI. The AI Product Owner role focus is on facilitating AI and data-driven change and creating business value through AI and D&A. The role might occasionally support analytics and AI development (machine learning, deep learning, GenAI) and/or data governance (stewardship best practices), but that is not their primary responsibility.Areas of Knowledge, Qualification and Experience Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field. A Master's Degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a bank or financial institution with a total of minimum 10 years' experience working in banking industry experience. Track record of successful implementation of AI use cases in financial institutions
