Job Description

Design, develop and deploy advanced chatbot solutions utilizing for the OpenAI platform leverage GenAI technology accurate data from documents based on user prompts, conversations history should create a dynamic workflow, and proficient generative AI models.

As a Conversational AI Consultant, you will work directly with our CEO on innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Lead virtual agent development engagements with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and addressing deployment needs.

Design engaging conversational interfaces for Conversational AI (CCAI).

Work with internal specialists, and Product and Software Development teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.

Interact with Sales teams, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in computational linguistics or software development.

Experience building chatbots or voicebots.

Experience working with customers, executives, and technical leads.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience building chatbots and voicebots, as well as launching chatbot or voicebot applications.

Experience building cloud-based conversational AI solutions.

Effective leadership and influencing skills in the application of AI or Machine Learning.

Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
