Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Business Consultant to join our team and help clients implement data-driven AI solutions that enhance their business performance. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on identifying opportunities where AI can drive value and leading initiatives that integrate AI solutions into clients' operational frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in AI technologies, data analytics, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
Consultation & Strategy Development:
- Assess client business needs and identify opportunities where AI and data solutions can create a competitive advantage.
- Work with stakeholders to design comprehensive AI strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses for AI-driven solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop models and algorithms tailored to client specifications.
- Support end-to-end project management for AI solution deployment, from pilot to full-scale implementation.
- Ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into existing workflows and aligned with best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate technical AI concepts into business-friendly terms for client understanding.
- Provide training and support to clients for successful adoption of AI solutions.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics, identifying new tools and methodologies for potential application.
- Participate in the development of new AI service offerings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AI consulting, data science, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful AI solutions within business contexts.
- Experience in client-facing roles and demonstrated project management skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Py Torch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with data processing tools and platforms, such as SQL, Spark, and cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical skills, with a thorough understanding of AI models, algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI applications in [industry-specific examples, e.g., retail, finance, healthcare].
- Certifications in AI, data science, or relevant technical skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
