1.Customer Interaction
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointments, and procedures.
• Answer queries regarding insurance, billing, or other administrative matters.
2. Appointment Scheduling
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure availability and manage booking conflicts.
3. Problem Resolution
• Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Redirect complex inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
4. Patient Follow-Up
• Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments or medical tests.
• Provide post-visit assistance and address any concerns raised by patients.
5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping
• Accurately record patient information, appointment details, and call summaries in the system.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
6. Providing Assistance
• Assist patients in navigating healthcare portals, applications, and online resources.
• Guide patients through the steps for insurance claims or authorizations.
7. Emergency and Triage Support
• Recognize and escalate urgent medical concerns to the appropriate clinical team.
• Ensure calls requiring immediate medical attention are handled promptly.
8. Compliance and Standards
• Follow healthcare protocols and company policies to ensure high-quality service.
• Stay updated on the latest healthcare guidelines and service offerings.
