Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of agricultural workers, is responsible for year-round inspection of the nursery/greenhouse/crop, Organize and supervise work for employees. Determine a work schedule for each employee in their respective function. Executes the assignment of duties such as the planting, cultivation, water management, and harvesting of crop to ensure productivity goals are met. Efficiently communicate to farm manager on a daily basis. Responsible for daily tracking of rainfall data, staff gauge readings, and temperatures and report it back to management on time Salary AED 3000-4000 + food + accommodation + trans + visa + medical insurance + air tkt
