Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agriculture Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, with a strong background in organic fertilizer sales. The Agriculture Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable farming practices, advising clients on the use of organic fertilizers, and driving sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices and solutions.

- Provide technical advice and support to clients on the use of organic fertilizers.

- Conduct soil analysis and recommend appropriate organic fertilizers and amendments.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and deliver training programs for farmers and clients on organic farming techniques.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organic fertilizers and recommend improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in sustainable agriculture and organic farming.

- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and sales forecasts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, with a focus on organic fertilizer sales.

- Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and organic farming principles.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct soil analysis and interpret results.

- Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

- Certification in organic farming practices.

- Experience in conducting training programs and workshops.

- Familiarity with local and international regulations related to organic farming and fertilizers.

Ministry of Climate Change and Environment Requirements:

- A certificate of experience for non-citizens duly legalized

- A copy of the scientific certificates

- A copy of the equivalence of scientific certificates from the Ministry of Education in the UAE
