Job Description

As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting and optimizing agile methodologies across the organization. Your primary focus will be to enhance team performance, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative, continuous improvement culture. By providing training, mentorship, and hands-on support, you'll help teams navigate challenges, increase productivity, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Agile Transformation: Lead the transition to agile frameworks, guiding teams through adoption and creating customized approaches based on team needs.


Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one and team coaching to develop agile skills, encourage self-organization, and instill agile mindsets.


Training: Develop and conduct training sessions on agile principles, tools, and practices for new and experienced team members.


Process Optimization: Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements, leveraging agile best practices to enhance delivery speed and quality.


Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align agile practices with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent support.


Performance Metrics: Establish and track agile metrics, providing insights and reporting on team progress, delivery cadence, and areas for improvement.


Facilitation: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to promote transparency and team alignment.

Requirements:


Experience: 5+ years working in agile environments, with 2+ years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.


Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.


Expertise: In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).


Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.


Proven ability to inspire and guide teams through change and agile adoption.


Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.


Experience in managing agile transformations in the fast scaling organizations.


Familiarity with product development and delivery practices in tech-driven industries (iGaming, Gamedev).
