Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and result-driven individual to join our team as an Agent outreach-Team Leader at Synergy University, Dubai. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the agent outreach team to achieve student recruitment targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with educational agents and partners globally. This role involves strategic planning, agent training, and ensuring that agents are well-informed and motivated to promote Synergy University Dubai's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage the agent outreach team to achieve recruitment targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with goals and provide necessary support along with regular quality checks.

2. Agent Relationship Management

• Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with educational agents worldwide.
• Ensure agents are well informed about the university's programs, admission requirements, and unique selling points.
• Regularly communicate with agents to provide updates, training, and support.
• Maintain good relationships with agents and nurture them to ensure that Synergy University Dubai is one of their top choices for University.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive agent outreach strategy to meet enrollment targets.
• Analyze market trends and feedback from agents to adjust strategies and improve recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored for agents.

4. Training and Development

• Organize and conduct training sessions for agents to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure agents are equipped to promote the university effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing feedback and additional training as needed.

5. Reporting and Analysis

• Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and agent performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to the Executive Director.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the outreach strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities on CRM and follow-up communication with prospective students.

6. Event Coordination

• Plan and participate in international education fairs, conferences, and events to promote Synergy University Dubai and establish relationships with prospective agents and partners.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure their participation in university events and activities.
• Occasional travel to represent the University in agent fairs or events

We are ready to work with you if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with student recruitment, agent management, university admissions.
• Experience working in different countries (GCC, South Asia, South East Asia, MENA, etc).
• Existing contacts to sign-up and promote Synergy University Dubai's programs for September 2024 intake.
• Strong understanding of international student recruitment markets and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in Leadership and team management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Fluent in both written and oral communication in English. (Fluency in other laguages like Hindi/Urdu,Tagalog or Russian is a plus)
