Monitor installations by coordinating with technical teams to ensure efficient and smooth commissioning for customers Make appointment confirmation calls for installations to ensure attendance of relevant parties Update reports and dashboards regularly and accurately, collecting data on sales, installations and other key performance indicators. Collaborate closely with sales team members to ensure smooth and effective communication, sharing relevant information and resolving potential issues proactively.

Job Requirements

This position requires excellent command of English, as well as previous experience in sales support or sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
