Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Agent Business Development (BD) Specialist to join our team. Should have a strong understanding of business development, digital marketing, and influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Recruit and Develop Agents, identify and onboard agents who will help generate new traffic, build relationships, and promote our services/products globally.

2. Influencer Engagement, research, engage, and collaborate with influencers from diverse international markets to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales.

3. Traffic Generation, develop and implement strategies to increase website and social media traffic, leveraging both agent and influencer networks.

4. Lead Generation & Partnership Development, build partnerships with key players in relevant markets, negotiate deals, and establish mutually beneficial relationships to drive long-term growth.

5. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to refine and optimize BD strategies.

6. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure business goals are met.

7. Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management on performance and progress toward business development goals.

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written)additional language proficiency is a plus.

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Experience with international markets is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of agent management, influencer marketing, and traffic generation strategies.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, work environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Experience working with CRM tools, project management software, and social media platforms for influencer outreach and tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
