Job Description

A Leading Real Estate Developer is looking to hire Channel Sales Partner in Sharjah.

• Onboard new agencies from local and international sources to drive sales in collaboration with the sales team.
• Activate dormant agencies through engagement.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms to ensure a steady flow of business and foster trust and loyalty.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between the property development company and brokerage firms to maintain smooth and productive working relationships.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with brokerage companies, ensuring that contracts are beneficial for both parties and align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Act as a liaison between brokerage firms and the property development company, ensuring that feedback from brokers is communicated to internal teams to improve products, services, and support.
• Ensure that all brokerage activities comply with industry regulations and the company's standards and policies.
• Provide brokerage companies with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the property development company's offerings.
• This might include marketing materials, sales presentations, and product knowledge sessions.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure that the needs and insights of brokerage firms are incorporated into the company's broader strategies and operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance of brokerage companies.
• This includes setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning brokerage activities with the company's overall business goals.
• Design and implement social incentive programs to motivate brokerage firms to prioritize the company's properties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
