• Recruiting brokerages in line with company sales and policy, both domestically and internationally.
• Maintaining and updating brokerage data, including contact details, authorized signatories, agent information, and office locations.
• Proposing agency commissions and payouts for new and existing projects in accordance with market standards.
• Collaborating with the legal team to update agency policies per current market norms.
• Contributing new ideas for sales structure planning to the Head of Sales (HOS).
• Creating and executing quarterly sales plans for agencies.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets approved by the HOS.
• Conducting agency briefings and training sessions with support from the sales team.
• Evaluating agency sales performance and preparing reports.
• Guiding agencies based on the company\'s marketing guidelines.
• Offering marketing and sales support to agencies within the timeframes set by company policy.
• Ensuring agency commissions are disbursed on time by coordinating with the finance department.
• Resolving agency disputes promptly in collaboration with the HOS.
• Ensuring all agency-related events meet company standards and are well organized.
• Timely population of sales, pipeline, event, and other relevant sales reports.
• Propose new ideas and obtain authority approval for agency events and marketing-related matters.
• Ensuring agency leads are appropriately managed and concluded within the process.

• Excellent communication and command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar department and well-connected with Dubai agencies
• Able to represent the company and conduct broker training
• Excellent presentation skills and public speaking ability
• Able to manage a team and create policies
• Excellent in MS Office and data gathering
• Must have completed a university degree
