The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies worldwide, with the goal of increasing our international student enrollments. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with recruitment agencies globally to promote ATMS Education Group.
Negotiate and manage contracts with recruitment agencies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies to ensure targets are met.
Provide training and support to recruitment agencies to enhance their understanding of our programs and admission processes.
Conduct orientation meetings with students and parents based on agency requirements
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for recruitment agencies.
Prepare and present regular reports on agency performance and student enrollment statistics.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in agency management, preferably within the education sector.
Strong network within the international student recruitment industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Salary : AED 3,500 Per month. Job Type: Full-time
