Role Overview:

As a Service Technician based in Dubai, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs are conducted efficiently to maintain optimal vehicle performance and safety standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, alongside a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and high-voltage issues.
• Perform routine maintenance services and regulatory inspections in line with operators' ops license requirements.
• Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions in real-time, utilizing designated diagnostic tools.
• Proactively communicate with customers and key stakeholders to update them on repair progress and understand their concerns, ensuring a professional service experience.
• Respond to service escalations promptly, performing on-site repairs or maintenance as required.
• Identify and implement enhancements to vehicle performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, providing valuable feedback for future vehicle programs/projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure the tracking, use, and replenishment of spare parts and consumables.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Travel across Dubai, UAE, and potentially to other MENA countries as needed.

Requirements for the Role:

• Several years of experience in automotive repair, particularly with commercial fleets (Cars, LCV & HCV).
• Certifications: NVQ Level 3, national diploma, or equivalent, with High Voltage training preferred.
• Electrical and Mechanical experience, ideally in the automotive industry, with a preference for EV (Electric Vehicle) and HV (High Voltage) experience.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks and work in various environments.
