KPI definition and target planning for all AS business areas (ET/AT spare parts, Body & Paint, Accessories, Lifestyle products, local
products and services) considering market environment, challenges, growth potential and specific customer profiles. * Analyze business results and derive future business potentials, new turnover and profitability streams, market activation fields.
Report business performance and potential to Regional AS Managers, Porsche main stakeholders at Regional office and Porsche AG as
manufacturer and report in Board-, Business-, and Management meetings internally at PME and PAG. * Develop long term After Sales strategy and align between PAG and PME importers and markets to ensure AS business growth andprofitability. Consider new technologies and business requirements (BEV), analyze business KPI, market intelligence, business and regulatory environment changes, customer and dealer feedback to ensure the profit demands of all stakeholders (PAG, PME, investors, dealers). * Manage the product portfolio for Classic, Equipment, Porsche Lifestyle, local product offers. Steer the daily operations, being the keycontact for the PAG counterparts and PME markets. Implement counter measures with markets together in case of target deviation. * Increase after sales awareness for products and services through after sales marketing with targeted measures, develop new ideas,realized centrally PAG, or locally for holistic PME region as well as market individually. * Taking on leadership responsibility, teaching, mentoring and guidance for team members. Coordination of After Sales intern includinginterview process, coordination of tasks, evaluation and review.QualificationsEssential Criteria
Master degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of study.
Personnel management and leadership.
>8 years in automotive After Sales experience
Experience in developing fact and figure driven decision recommendations for Executive/Senior level management
Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications
High level of proficiency in English.
