Aftersales Manager - Electric Vehicles

Function:Sales ManagementAbout the JobAl-Futtaim Group is a leading automotive distributor and retailer in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead the service operations for BYD electric vehicles. This role is responsible for achieving revenue, gross margin, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets while managing service center performance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage EV retail customer service setup in collaboration with the network and key stakeholders
- Identify and implement value chain enhancement products for electric vehicles
- Ensure service center operations run efficiently while maintaining quality and service retention
- Ensure compliance with all local government and principal policies to minimize operational risk
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency
- Drive customer experience improvements through performance management, coaching, and operational enhancements
- Conduct daily meetings with the Retail Service Manager, Workshop Manager, and Parts Team to align goals and expectations
- Manage workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing with qualified personnel
- Engage with stakeholders and oversee corrective actions for operational issues
- Hold regular meetings with finance teams to monitor branch profit and loss performance
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts based on market trends, sales conversions, and operational performanceRequirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aftersales management, preferably with an electric vehicle brand
- Strong knowledge of automotive dealer and distributor business processes
- Experience in managing multiple service locations and stakeholders
