Increase profit of AFS department (Promote Service package, No FOC Spare part, Consumable selling, Consultant, Trip preparation)
Provide Monthly report activities, Technical Reports, Equipment Audit Reports, Thread production report all machines of responsible countries to AFS Manager.
Provide Monthly E-ticket quantity of activity with responsible county (MTBF-MTRR-MTN COST)
Identify recurrent equipment problems and transfer data to person in charge AFS Level 4 or design Dept.
Provide Preventive Maintenance Schedule and actual for all Bartec Equipment to responsible countries
Installation and commissioning of all Dextra equipment-Responsible country
Perform a full audit of equipment condition on arrival at site.
Provide recommendations on the location, positioning of the equipment, working racks, services etc.
Installation & commissioning of the equipment supplied from our workshops in Thailand and Oversea,
Providing operational training onsite, operation training certificate, all documents relate to commissioning & obtain copies of signed documents to AFS SharePoint (Follow AFS CPM04)
Provide the list of recommendations on PM, spare parts & consumables stocks to customer
Provide Monthly E-training to customer which responsible by country
Perform E-commissioning where we have consultant or customer who already have
Trouble Shooting once E-ticket created. Perform communicate with customer and provide remote trouble shooting to customer. Once completed provide the list of recommendation spare part
Provide Technical Service report to customer on problem, cause, repair, and any recommendations on elimination of the problem
Provide machine audit and operation audit (Customer audit form) to customer and purpose service package
Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance L3 100% Of Dextra machines
Preventive Maintenance: Follow up (Corrective Maintenance). Follow up purchasing item and logistics issue to customer and ensure part fitting properly
Corrective Maintenance: Maintain Machine that own by Dextra as Dextra Standard. (Audit report combine with. Control & Identify reason Free of Charge spare part to rental machine.
Servicing Mission and Audit customers
Provide technical Analysis and Customer Audit where necessary trips

Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in customer service role would be beneficial
Very good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in multiple projects and to work with little supervision.
