Technical skills

The candidate should be a mechanical engineering, or energy engineering & a Minimum of 6 years of HVAC plants and installations (Chillers)

Capability to deliver service trainings

Problem solving and Trouble shooting

Very high attention in understanding the customer needs

Good ability in interacting with the Italian head office and with the local service centers

Customer satisfaction analysis and surveys

Product knowledge and good understanding of HVAC plants and installations

J ob Description :

Provide high-level technical assistance support to the assigned distributors, manage disputes and warranty costs. Strengthen relations with the after-sales technicians of the distributors. Pursue customer satisfaction

provides second level After Sales support to the Distributors under his responsibilities

if necessary, provides direct support on site in coordination with local Distributors' technicians

attend AQS (after Sales) meeting sessions with the goal to feedback most important Distributors about progress on quality improvements on units

manage warranty claims and related costs and negotiate compensation based on official service agreement

collect product quality improvement suggested from distributors and transfer them to PD dept to improve products on production and new design ones

proactively attend new design units project development to promote improvements

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
