The Context / Purpose of the JobAlign with overall objectives of the organisation to meet the long- and short-term objectives of the DownstreamBusiness by providing complete after-sales support. The role will be to help in promoting downstreamsolutions like Readybuild (Cut & Bend) and Sm@rtFAB (Welded Wire meshes) at the site level. This willinvolve site-level demonstration of these solutions and hand-holding the customers workforce to implementmethodology for the placement and fixing.All the practical issues at the site during installation need to be duly resolved by engaging with the design,detailing and the service centre teams. This will be a key position for regular site-level engagements to ensurecustomer stickiness and repeat business.He should have thorough understanding of the Indian and International codes which are relevant for thestructural design and detailing. He should be an expert in using Digital tools like CuBe+, AutoCAD, and BIMmanagers etc.Job responsibilities:Sl.No. Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility1. Regular visits at sites and engagement with Customers. Focus on generating Value for thecustomers by suggesting Downstream solutions for the customers.2. Handholding for the first 3 lots of the solutions delivered at the site for all the Downstream solutions:Cut & Bend, Bore Pile Cages, Couplers, Welded wire Meshand Demonstration of new solutionsat the customers site.3. SLA Management: Service Centre Operations oversight/Layout/OEM interaction. Implementation ofbest safety and quality practices at the service centres from receipt of Raw material to delivery ofthe finished goods at the site.4. Ensure proper record-keeping of all the supplies made from the Service centre and check forcompleteness and correctness of the supplies.5. Implementation of best safety and quality practices at the service centres from receipt of Rawmaterial to delivery of the finished goods at the site.6.Proficiency in CuBe+, AutoCAD, MS office and 3D BIM Managers.7.Regular interaction and coordination with Design-detailing team, Sales and the BD teamsCustomers: Private and public contractors; Large and small-sized project customersInfluencers: Architects, Engineers, Masons, Govt Bodies3. Knowledge, skills and experienceEducational qualifications Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural).Relevant experience Min. 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales or similar role.Threshold skills andcapabilities required toexecute the role Product and market segment knowledge. Technical and site-level practical construction knowledge. Commercial acumen Knowledge of sales processes Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk solutions along with MS Office Analytical Skill Communication skills Interpersonal effectiveness, drive for result, Networking skills, customer orientation.
