Proficiency in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing) / Arabic Knowledge is an advantage.
Experience :
At least 3 years of professional experience in similar position
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluating client's beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analysis.
Providing facial and body hair removal treatments.
Performing various massage techniques on client's face, hands, feet and back.
Explaining all treatment procedures according to the client.
Performing various skin treatments according to clients' needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Offering clients advice on cosmetic and skincare products.
Properly sterilizing beauty tools and equipment after every use.
Ensuring that used inventory is replaced.
Developing treatment plans for patients with on-going follow-ups.
Obtaining applicable medical history and maintaining records
Performing the required procedures in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
Advising and coordinating with clients on all aspects of procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner.
Promoting clinic services and its products.
Ensuring high level of care to patients and working towards achieving clinic's set financial targets.
To prepare the patient for beauty procedures and to care for them before, during and after procedures, giving emotional and physical support and encouragement as required throughout, ensuring their comfort and therefore making procedures easier for everyone.
Performing treatment to carry out to a high standard and writing up patient records as per DHA Regulations.
To apply cleanliness of treatment areas, and other specialist equipment in accordance with the Control of Infection Policy including safe disposal of clinical waste.
Adhere to health and safety protocols as well as cross-infection to the highest standard.
Set up for every patient.
Write patient notes efficiently and correctly as dictated by the Doctor and make sure that all notes and treatment plan and patient progress notes are settled and done in Insta system.
Monitor patients from the entering the room, during and after the procedures.
Offer reassurance and support to patients
To use appropriate manual handling measures and equipment required during the maneuvering of patients and equipment.
To be responsible for the layout of units and simple maintenance of equipment and instruments ensuring adequate stocks of materials at units.
To carry out any clerical or administrative duties as required including stock control, dealing enquiries and complaint from patients.
