Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and customer engagement
Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Maintain strong operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role, with a strong preference for candidates from the hotel management industry.
Solid background in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving targets.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Familiarity with operational processes and best practices in clinic management.
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
