About the role
The Advisory Consultant reports to the Team Lead or Program Manager of the MSP.
What you'll be doing
This role is an end-to-end Recruiter position to 'advise and guide' the Hiring Manager on all aspects of the hiring journey. Line of Business ("LOB") is assigned based on domain knowledge - strong stakeholder (and supplier) management skills are required and backed up with data or market intel.

About you Required experience
• 5+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment of 3rd party contractors or consultants
(strong permanent recruiters can be considered)
• Candidate to specify strength in Non-IT and/or IT domains
(Banking industry experience preferred - specify Retail, Private, Corporate or Investment)
• Working knowledge of relevant banking regulations, HR checks / processes and passing annual audits
• Negotiate fair CTC, rates and benefits with suppliers as needed
Desirable experience
• On-site recruitment experience
(exceptional agency candidates can be considered)
• VMS experience - particularly Fieldglass
• Volume or Project based hiring and knowledge of worked classifications
Skills
• Meet and exceed relevant SLA's such as Time to Fill. Ability to ensure strong quality ratios in the recruitment funnel and ensure a high level of predictable results, particularly offer acceptance.
• System-based work (VMS, ATS, CRM) with ability to run status reports and meetings
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Basic MS Excel
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or higher
