Salary Range : AED 5000-7000 (Fixed) + Performance-based incentives.

We are seeking a proactive, driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our creative advertising agency. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for advertising, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Be the client facing representative for our agency, establishing strong relationships and representing our creative solutions with professionalism.

Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships across the UAE and Middle East.

Identify target brands and agencies, create sales presentations, and drive new revenue through effective pitches.

Manage and nurture both new and existing client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and project updates.

Meet with clients to discuss project progress, address needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain a client database and stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare project proposals, quotations, invoices, and agreements, ensuring clear and accurate documentation throughout end-to-end projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role within advertising, sales, or business development. Customer service or brand marketing experience is a plus.

Self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to succeed. Ability to generate and manage your own leads.

Strong presentation skills, phone etiquette, and excellent client-facing communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Background or keen interest in advertising, sales, and marketing, with a solid understanding of market dynamics.

Note: Candidates with an existing client network, a valid UAE driving license, and their own car would be preferred.
