LYBBasic FunctionThe purpose of the job is to manage regions of AFME business in the transportation segment (Engineering Plastics & PPC) reporting to the Regional Sales ManagerRoles & Responsibilities
Ensures consistent and optimal execution of strategy across the region/customer base and price policies for the LYB and Schulman products and relevant market segments.
Develops and nurtures relationships with customers establishing solid relationships with them on commercial and technical level aiming for a preferred supplier position.
Introduces new products in conjunction with Marketing, CPMs and Technical Service. Identifies and acquires additional customers with significant volume potential for LYB.
Works closely with Business Finance and Support as to determine customer financial health and credit limit.
Supports CSR in order to improve forecast accuracy of customer demand including seasonal buying patterns, reduces small orders and increases average size of order.
Helps in closing claims, ensuring LYB's complaint handling procedure is applied and followed; and recommends contract amendment. Co-ordinates the claim settlement with the regional Customer Service Representative and Technical Service.

Min. QualificationsEducation:
University degree in Mechanical/Chemical/ polymer/ Engineering
Work Experience:
4-6 years Technical/sales experience in injection molding processes related to Automotive/E & E Industry or Engineering Plastics/PP compounding
More than 2 years sales or business development management experience.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of product and application technologies.
