Company Overview: Titan Global Marketing Services, LLC Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with expertise in running Meta (formerly Facebook) ads, Google ads, and a strong background in performance marketing within the i-gaming sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and possess hands-on experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through targeted digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization for our i-gaming products across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Manage Meta and Google Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience targeting tools and segmentation strategies to reach and engage with relevant audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and gaming preferences.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, and landing pages optimized for conversion and user engagement.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative elements. Prepare regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources based on campaign performance and strategic priorities, and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the i-gaming sector. Leverage insights to innovate and adapt marketing strategies to changing market dynamics.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google ads, and performance marketing within the i-gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ad campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and a pulse on industry trends and player preferences.
