About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our marketing team to support the execution and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

Google Ads : Assist in the creation, set-up, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, and lead conversion set-up, location and audience targeting, and bid management.

Meta Ads: Help in setting up Meta Business Suite (including adding and managing assets) and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Support the team with insights about the ad graphics, copy, CTAs, etc.

Technical Setup: Lead and take full control of the technical implementation of conversion tracking, tag management, and other essential marketing tools. Monitor and fix problems when performing ads on platforms like Facebook, Google, etc.

Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights to help optimize future campaigns.

Competitive Analysis: On-going analysis of competitors' ads, performances, bids, keywords, and other approaches to performance marketing.

Other Duties:

• Be actively involved in a wide range of tasks, from social media management to email marketing to content creation, always keeping an eye on the trends in the digital media arena, or F&B and tech space.
• Coordinate with team members and team manager, or other cross-departmental colleagues, as needed.
• Keep close contact and communication with Google and Meta account managers, and other external stakeholders for digital marketing purposes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

• Prior experience with setting up and managing Google Ads (PPC, Performance Max, video search, etc.), Meta Ads, other advertising platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with conversion tracking, tag management, Google Analytics events set-up, and other technical aspects of performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Arabic is mandatory.
