The Product Adoption Lead will work across internal product and technology, documentation, customer communications and analytics teams to drive customer usage and data driven product decisions. This is an opportunity to work with an industry leading solution. Responsibilities Create migration and adoption plans drive the product adoption lifecycle. Team with Product Management and cross-functional business leaders to ensure internal teams and customers are ready for releases. Drive adoption through data driven insights. Create and manage the lifecycle program. Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers throughout the product lifecycle. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the product process. Prioritize product requirements with product owners.Drive for the best customer experience possible. Work closely with product and UX to develop and deliver assets to engineering.
