Job Summary:

Al Mashora Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced

ADNOC Vendor Registration Officer

to manage and oversee the ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification process. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of ADNOC requirements, the ability to review and align documents with ADNOC standards, and ensure successful application approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full process of

ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification applications

. Review, verify, and align documents to

ensure compliance with ADNOC standards

. Liaise with clients to collect, validate, and

organize necessary documentation

. Submit applications accurately and

follow up on approvals

. Ensure applications are

technically correct and meet ADNOC requirements

to avoid rejections. Stay updated with ADNOC policies, regulations, and

any changes in vendor registration criteria

. Coordinate with ADNOC representatives to

clarify any registration issues

. Maintain detailed records of submissions, approvals, and necessary corrections. Provide clients with updates and guidance regarding

ADNOC vendor requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in ADNOC vendor registration & prequalification processes

. Strong knowledge of

ADNOC registration standards, documentation, and compliance procedures

. Experience in document review and alignment according to ADNOC guidelines.

Technical mindset

to ensure application success and avoid rejections. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong

attention to detail

and organizational skills. Proficiency in

English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience in business consultancy or dealing with ADNOC vendors is a plus

.
