Our Key Account team work in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop strategic growth. We take responsibility for the business\' success by building trusted relationships and understanding our partners.Partner with the bestAs the ADNOC Key Account Leader, you will shape and develop operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful business strategies. Youll be delivering successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, strategic solutions, business understanding and building relationships. This role will enable more effective collaboration across segments within country and aligning them with the accounts goals and objectives.In this role, you will be responsible for:Establishing and maintaining C-Suite engagement with our the Key Account and leverage relationships to solve business challenges.Devising and owning a Long term business growth strategy for the account. Establishing Key market outlook and drivers and leverage our strengths to enable long term sustainable business growth.Leading all product Lines within country by influence towards a common vision and goal of long term business growth in Top and Bottom Lines.Ensuring all business teams within country are working towards our billing and collections KPIs ; maintaining customer intimacy to ensure our Billing and Cash collections are achieved per desired plans.Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and expertise; furthermore, a thorough understanding of the environment where the products or services will be utilized.Identifying various challenges in client fields to enable the proposition of suitable, fit for purpose integrated solutions to address these challenges.Maintaining close customer relations to better comprehend the clients short and long term plans and translate them to tangible business opportunities for the organization.Providing solution functional expertise to ensure proper solution design.Managing the complete contractual process from pricing strategy, contract negotiation and award for all Baker Hughes OFSE.Understanding customers contractual process in order to enable the enhancement of contracts in the benefit of both parties.Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growthIdentifying and developing local partners in alignment with Baker Hughes localization plansIdentifying opportunities, developing strategy, communicating to the team, and delivering resultsWill lead and coach the organization to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and try to identify opportunities for further enhancement.Demonstrating experience working in fast paces environment focused on growth.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree of engineering or similar fields from an accredited university or collegeHave at least 8 additional years of experience in OilfieldHave at least 4 years of experience in sales function with NOCs and IOCs.Have an existing understanding of the customer is strongly preferred, Knowledge of Overall Market Dynamics for OFS in a country.Existing relationships at a C-Suite level with customers in country preferred.Ability to influence teams towards a common long term business vision.Have a strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and work as part of a team, provide clear directions, and track actions to conclusionWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
