As an Admission Counselor, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving student enrollments through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Your primary goal will be to engage potential students, promote our educational offerings, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and sales skills to guide students through the admissions process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students through calls, emails, and chats to build their interest in our programs.
- Deliver personalized counseling on admission policies, procedures, and program benefits to create a seamless and supportive student experience.
- Showcase the unique value of our universities, programs, and courses, effectively communicating how we meet their educational and career aspirations.
- Promptly respond to inquiries and resolve concerns, fostering a friendly and informative environment.
- Lead the admissions cycle by managing the conversion of leads into enrollments and achieving set sales targets.
- Provide continuous support throughout the admission journey, ensuring smooth application processing for prospective students.
- Utilize sales strategies and innovative methods to drive results and enhance overall admissions success.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven sales ability with a target-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or in sales, preferably within the UAE education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting student relationships.
- Must have own or sponsored visa.
